Alpha Global Enterprises had sown its seed in 2008 and its runs under able guidance of Er. Gagandeep Singh Dhatt   Managing Director of Alpha. He is young dynamic and visionary personality who has taken Alpha to great heights with his efforts and determination towards his vision

We are a Communication and Personality Transformation Training Institute with a holistic approach towards learning. The explicit theoretical and conceptual training techniques have been embraced to fill the yawning gap between academic English language and layman English standards, employing a variety of pedagogical tools. The Academic diagnosis of Indian Education System, at University level raises serious doubts in our mind about consolidated approach towards English language and personality finishing. The class room teaching is restricted to question-answer sessions and scarcely leaves any room for SELF-EXPRESSION - keeps it explicitly in abeyance.

We help students to gain a deeper insight into finer aspects of success, self exploration and life with a fresh perspective to give it a new lease. In the five years of our presence in the challenging corporate training arena, we have been fortunate to partner many clients in the domains of soft skills.

Objective of the Company’s Training Module

It is now well-established that many students who otherwise perform well in the traditional examinations are very deficient in communication skills. The objective of this course is to train these students in soft skills and develop their personalities in order to empower them and raise their awareness. This will also help them boost their confidence by developing competence in communicating, especially in English. This course will also help the students increase their employability potential and face the challenges of the present times. The students will develop diverse range of abilities such as communication skills, strategic-planning skills, negotiation skills, self-awareness, analytical thinking, leadership skills, team-building skills, etc.

This course is specially designed for college students with an objective of giving them practical inputs on Communication Techniques and Personality Finishing skills. The uniqueness of the programme is that there will be theory sessions induced with very interesting activity sessions – to impart practical English Conversational skills like: Skits, Drama, Mime, Plays, simulation, Vocabulary Building Crosswords, Story sessions, Pronunciation Contest etc and hands-on live Projects to transform Personality.

It is located in Ginu Arcade on G.T. Road Phagwara which is just 1.5 KM equi distance from railway station and bus stand, Phagwara.It is surrounded by number of villages and mid between two big cities Jalandhar and Ludhiana.
